Refund and Returns Policy

At Black Sash Martial Goods, we want you to be fully satisfied with your martial arts gear. If your equipment, uniform, or accessories don’t meet your expectations, we are here to help with a straightforward and fair return process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible. Returns should be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain protective equipment (such as mouthguards or groin guards) and personalized uniforms cannot be returned once opened or used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact support@blacksashmartialgoods.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for these instances, and we will cover any additional shipping costs incurred to correct the mistake.

Refund Requests & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process once the package arrives.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size choice), customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
