The ProForce Lightning Sparring Foot Guards are designed to help protect the foot and ankle during martial arts sparring and training. Made with 1/2" thick vinyl-covered foam, these guards provide lightweight coverage while allowing movement and control.
Cutouts around the achilles and instep help improve mobility, while open areas at the heel, ball of the foot, and toes support better grip on training surfaces. Two durable vinyl straps and an elastic hook-and-loop closure help keep the guards secure during practice.
