Order Processing & Confirmation

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and the type of equipment ordered (e.g., uniforms vs. heavy training gear). While we aim for timely delivery, estimates are not guaranteed.

Supplier & Manual Fulfillment

To provide a wide selection of specialized martial arts accessories and display items, some products may be fulfilled directly by our trusted suppliers or processed manually. This may occasionally result in separate shipments for a single order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Black Sash Martial Goods is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team for assistance.
